M-31 (NGC-224) Galaxy in Andromeda

M-31 (NGC-224) is a barred spiral galaxy located in the constellation of Andromeda. It is the nearest neighboring galaxy to our own Milky Way galaxy, lying at a distance of 2.5 million light years from Earth.
It is 152,000 light years in diameter and contains over 1 Trillion stars.
This image was acquired over two nights (November 11 & 12, 2025) and is a 5 hour 32 minute integration of 2 minute exposures through the AT-92 92mm f/5.5 APO refractor using the ZWO 2600MC Pro camera working at -5 degrees and binned 1 X 1. Acquired and captured using N.I.N.A., guided using PHD2, Integrated and processed using PixInsight. Post processed using PhotoShop 2025, Gradient XTerminator, NoiseXTerminator, HLVG, levels & curves.
